Yoga with Josie is a warm and inviting yoga studio located in the Fleetville area of St Albans, offering a range of yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Josie welcomes everyone, regardless of age or ability. The classes are held either in Josie's cosy home studio and garden or online via Zoom.

Josie, the founder and instructor of Yoga with Josie, has been a qualified yoga teacher since 2008 and has been dedicated to teaching and training ever since. For Josie, yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life that helps us maintain balance, perspective, and a state of well-being. Her classes aim to teach the tools of yoga to help her students become stronger and fitter in their bodies and healthier in their minds.

Josie has completed various teacher trainings, including 200 hours and advanced training in Anusara Yoga with Bridget Woods Kramer, 200 hours with Sivananda Yoga, Post Natal and Baby Yoga with Birthlight, Yoga for Teenagers with Teen Yoga, and Yoga Nidra with the Satyananda Centre. She is also deeply interested in breathwork and how it can positively impact our well-being.
