Yoga with Josh is a renowned yoga studio located just outside of Colchester, Essex. The studio is owned and operated by Josh, a Sports + Holistic Therapist with over nine years of personal training experience. In addition to being a fully qualified yoga teacher, he is also a sports massage therapist and a British rowing coach. Josh holds a master's degree in psychology and is currently furthering his training to become a psychotherapist at Regents University London.
The studio, known as The Old Joinery Studio, is a private facility where Josh conducts his yoga classes and personal training sessions. Clients have the option to book private sessions as a 1-to-1, 2-to-1, or in small groups. Many clients are referred by Osteopaths due to Josh's ability to offer tailored sessions for rehabilitation, strength and mobility training, sports-specific training, and psychological well-being. If needed, Josh also offers online sessions for clients.
Yoga with Josh regularly hosts events and workshops for individuals interested in enhancing their yoga practise or improving their athletic performance. One of the upcoming events is “The Clinic” which consists of four separate workshops held on a single day. Participants can sign up for individual workshops or opt for the full day at a discounted rate.
