It is my belief that yoga helps us connect with our inner selves, our true essence. Through the practise of yoga, we can cultivate self-awareness, find inner peace, and discover a deeper connexion with ourselves and the world around us.
In my classes, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable exploring their own yoga practise. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, honouring their own limitations and finding their unique expression of each pose. I provide modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of experience and ability.
My teaching style is influenced by my background in various yoga traditions and philosophies. I draw inspiration from Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, incorporating elements of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness into each class. I believe in the power of movement and breath to release tension, increase flexibility, and promote physical and mental well-being.
Furthermore, I am passionate about helping others discover the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat. Besides, I believe that the practise of yoga extends beyond the physical postures and can be a tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation. Moreover, I emphasise the importance of self-care, self-compassion and encourage my students to take time for themselves and make their well-being a priority.
Aside from regular classes, I also offer special events and workshops that dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga and mindfulness. These events provide an opportunity for students to explore different themes, deepen their practise, and learn new techniques.
