No matter your age, gender, or physical limitations, yoga with Frea is for you. Flexibility isn't required, and there's no competition. She advises drinking plenty of water before class, avoiding food for at least two hours, and wearing comfortable clothing. Inform her of any injuries and approach the practise with a relaxed mindset.
