The studio's home-based location in Ocean Grove provides a tranquil and beautiful setting for practising yoga. Donna's belief in the importance of self-care and kindness to oneself is reflected in the serene and inviting atmosphere of the studio. The classes are limited to a maximum of eight students to ensure individual attention and an intimate environment.
Yoga mats can be provided, but students are also welcome to bring their own. Additionally, it is recommended to bring a hand towel and a drink bottle for hydration during the class. The studio also has a website where bookings can be made, and further information about the classes, events, and contact details are available.
Yoga with Donna offers a variety of classes, including the “Move and Restore” class held on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. This class starts with dynamic movements and gradually transitions into a restorative practise. It is suitable for anyone, and individuals with a stronger practise have the opportunity for guided individual extension to poses. The class allows students to disconnect from their external lives and focus on their bodies, breath, and minds.
A meditative focus leads to a deep relaxation in Savasana.
