In 2021, Yoga with Astra is launching online video classes. Astra understands that regular yoga practise brings numerous benefits, from increased focus to enhanced flexibility, and she offers a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to different preferences and needs. Whether it's the Lunchtime Ashtanga Yoga session from 12:30 to 13:15 on weekdays, or the Evening Beginners Yoga class from 18:00 to 18:45, Astra ensures a meaningful mind-body experience for all participants. Limited spots are available for certain classes, so booking in advance is recommended.

For individuals joining online classes through Google Meet, Astra provides clear instructions to ensure a seamless experience. Participants will receive an email with a link to the Google Meet session in advance. A gmail account is required to join on a laptop, while the Google Meet app is necessary for joining on a phone. It is recommended to connect your laptop or phone to a TV for an optimal viewing experience.
