Amber, the founder and instructor, is a trained 200 Hour Yoga teacher, Primary School Teacher, Pregnancy, Baby, Postnatal, and Kids Yoga teacher. Her passion for yoga stems from the positive impact it has had on her own life. As a mother, she found that yoga helped her navigate the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. This personal experience fuels her dedication to supporting other mothers on their own journeys.
