In addition to regular classes, Yoga Tree Leeds also hosts various workshops and events focused on specific themes and topics. One such workshop is the Yoga Menopause workshop, a 2. 5-hour session aimed at providing support and guidance for women going through menopause. This course starts on Monday, 15th January, and continues every Monday for 6 weeks from 1:20 pm to 2:20 pm. Yoga Tree Leeds also organises Women's Circle events, which provide a safe space for women to connect, share, and support each other. One of the upcoming Women's Circle events is focused on “Creating Boundaries” and will be held on Saturday, 3rd February from 10:30 am to 12:45 pm.
For those seeking a unique and immersive experience, Yoga Tree Leeds offers a Yoga/Gong Sound Bath. This session combines the therapeutic effects of yoga with the soothing sounds of gongs, creating a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
