Welcome to Yoga @ The Lounge! Namaste! Yoga @ The Lounge is a yoga studio located in Cleveland, led by Michael and Verena, a husband and wife duo who are deeply passionate about yoga, wellness, and creating a nurturing space for their community to thrive and have fun.

Michael's journey with yoga began at the age of 45. As someone who had worked as a concreter for 30 years, he understood the importance of having a strong and healthy body. However, he was also seeking something more than just physical exercise. Yoga became a transformative practise for him, helping him quiet his mind and gain flexibility in his body.

As a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, Michael strives to make each class a safe and challenging experience for all students. His mission is to guide practitioners toward a deeper connexion with their bodies and minds, fostering growth both on and off the mat.

Verena has always found balance and harmony through yoga amid life's challenges as a woman and mother. As a wellness enthusiast and a long-time yoga student, she is dedicated to promoting mindfulness and self-care. In addition to managing the studio, Verena is also a Kinesiologist and an Intuitive Transformational Coach, offering guidance to individuals seeking positive lifestyle changes. At Yoga @ The Lounge, her goal is to create an inviting and safe space where people can discover the transformative power of yoga and other wellness practises.
