Jo Ibbett, with her extensive training in Hatha, Anusara, Chakra yoga, and Yoga Therapy, has been teaching yoga since 2007. She is not only a qualified yoga therapist but also an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. Jo brings her background in massage bodywork and her love for music, having sung with the Kirtan Band, into her classes. Her teachings focus on building a steadier, more flexible body and mind, aiming to support daily life and cultivate a healthy relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
Christie Bytom, who has been teaching martial arts and self-defence for over 20 years, found yoga as a therapy to heal her sports injuries. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Space Yoga Studio in Thame in 2017. Christie's classes are designed to bring rehabilitative benefits to the mind, body, and spirit. She welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities, offering flowing classes interwoven with yoga philosophy to stretch and strengthen the body while relaxing the mind.
Vicki Austin trained and received her teaching qualification with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta organisation in 2002. Over the years, she has furthered her training with various schools of yoga, incorporating eclectic styles rooted in traditional Hatha yoga into her teaching. Vicki is also a student of Ayurveda and offers Ayurvedic consultations. Her classes embody a harmonious blend of different yoga practises, providing students with a well-rounded experience.
