The studio is run by Ash, a passionate yogi who has been practising since her early teens. When not teaching yoga, Ash enjoys spending her free time in the highlands in her campervan or indulging in quality time at home with her books and cats.

- Power Yoga: Held on Mondays at 6:30pm, this class focuses on stronger poses and longer holds to build heat, strength, and empower participants.
