The centre brings together different perspectives to create a sense of community and aims to promote happiness and fulfillment for all.
All teachers and staff at Yoga Sangha are selected for their integrity, genuine commitment, and compassionate nature. The teachings offered blend modern insights with a strong foundation in tradition, creating a space for personal growth and connection. Recognized by the International Yoga Federation, the Francophone Yoga Federation, Yoga Alliance, as well as the governments of Quebec and Canada as an accredited educational institution, Yoga Sangha provides more than fifty classes each week, catering to individuals of all levels, interests, and styles.
