Yoga Place Abertawe is your local Yoga Studio & Therapy Centre located in the heart of the Clydach community in Swansea, Wales. Housed in the beautiful old St. Johns Church, our dedicated and down-to-earth studio offers a warm welcome to everyone, from total beginners to experienced yogis.

At Yoga Place Abertawe, we believe in creating a fun and welcoming environment where you can feel happy and at ease. Our classes cater to a variety of skill levels and interests, including Before Beginners, Beginners, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation, Fab & Yoga 50s, Yoga for You, Morning Flow, Lunch Time Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mami and Baby Yoga, and Retreats.

We understand that yoga is not just about physical exercise, but also about taking care of your mental and emotional well-being. That's why we offer a range of therapy services in our Therapy Rooms, including Signature Skin Aesthetics, Marc Edwards Osteopathy, Eira Thomas Professional Hypnotherapy & Bespoke Birthing Hypnosis, Sally Ann Harris CBT & Counselling, and Anahata Holistic & Beauty.

But Yoga Place Abertawe is not just a studio or therapy centre. We also host a variety of workshops, events, and retreats to help you deepen your yoga practise and explore other healing modalities. From Wild Weather Yoga at Glantawe Riverside to Somatic Yoga, Gong Baths, Reiki Meditations, Mindfulness for Stress & Anxiety, and Women's Yoga Circles, there is something for everyone.

Our incredible space at St. Johns Church is a listed building with many original features, including a working organ. We ask that visitors respect the spiritual nature of the space and adhere to our no-shoe policy throughout the building. We have two cloakrooms where shoes can be left during your visit.

Furthermore, we also welcome service dogs at Yoga Place Abertawe, but we prioritise the needs of students who may have allergies to dogs. Besides, we strive to provide an inclusive and discrimination-free environment for all of our students.
