We teach Iyengar yoga with well structured, inclusive classes for all. You will explore alignment, strength, stability, mobility and breath through classical postures and pranayama.

Where and when do you train?

Classes run in and around Pendle and the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, with online classes or private classes also available for practising at home.
