Julie Ngama, the heart behind Yoganama Yoga and Prenatal Yoga, would like to reach out and share a little about what Yoganama offers. Situated in Bradford-on-Avon, Yoganama is a well-established yoga studio providing a relaxed and welcoming space for everyone to practise yoga.
Julie’s goal at Yoganama is to tailor the classes to meet diverse needs. Whether you’re after stress reduction, greater flexibility and strength, relief from back pain, prenatal support, or postnatal recovery, Yoganama has something for you. Classes are open to all ages and fitness levels, ensuring everyone feels included.
At Yoganama, Julie shares simple yet effective yoga techniques to boost physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With locations in Bradford-on-Avon, Bath, Frome, and Trowbridge, it's easy to find a class near you. There are group sessions and one-on-one options for personalised guidance.
Julie is dedicated to creating a supportive atmosphere where you can explore yoga at your own pace. For expectant mothers, Yoganama offers prenatal yoga classes focusing on gentle movements, breathing, and relaxation to support you through pregnancy.
