Sinad's extensive background in Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation, as well as her training in Pilates, Qi Gong, and stress management, allows her to offer a diverse range of classes catering to all levels of experience. In addition to regular studio classes, Sinad also hosts outdoor beach Yoga sessions in Spiddal and Salthill, providing a unique and rejuvenating experience for participants. She also organises well-being retreats in Ireland and abroad, allowing individuals to immerse themselves in a holistic approach to health and wellness.
As a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist, Sinad collaborates with organisations to develop tailored well-being strategies and interventions to promote a positive and healthy work culture.
