At Yoga Moments with Leah, you can enjoy a variety of classes exploring traditional and new asanas, both in the hammock and on the mat. Leah’s small group and individual sessions focus on restoring your body and mind.

Whether you’re a beginner or have yoga experience, Leah has classes for all levels. For those new to aerial yoga, basic classes are available to build confidence in a supportive environment.

To join, Leah offers different pricing options. The Discovery Pass, which includes 4 classes over 6 weeks, is great value. Introduction to Aerial Yoga Workshops and regular classes are also available.
