SATURDAY 10:00AM Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Description: This class offers a fusion of Hatha, Classical Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Krama yoga. It creates a dynamic, rewarding, and challenging practise that invigorates, strengthens, and tones the body.

SUNDAY 5:00PM Beginners' Yoga Description: Suitable for all ages and physical abilities, this class introduces you to the foundational aspects of yoga. You will learn simple breathwork techniques, relaxation practises, and basic yoga poses.
