YOGAmanda, also known as Amanda De, is a highly experienced and certified yoga instructor based in Vancouver, BC. She first discovered her passion for yoga while living in Montreal and teaching recreational gymnastics. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at the Vancouver School of Yoga in 2015 and continued her education by obtaining a Prenatal Yoga certification from Yoga with Lori Lucas.
With a deep belief in the positive impact of yoga on individuals, YOGAmanda became a Yoga Therapist to further explore the benefits of yoga for different people. She focuses on breath and body awareness, balancing, and self-care in her teachings. Her patient and adaptive approach ensures that each student receives a personalized yoga experience.
