Her background in biology drives her passion for the neuroscience behind yoga. Jane believes supporting the nervous system is key for everyone to flourish. With over 20 years of experience managing her own autoimmune condition, Jane has a particular interest in how yoga can help those with chronic illnesses. Her own healing journey has taught her the value of gentle, mindful movement.
Trained with Chie Sibbring and a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, Jane’s classes incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support flexibility, strength, and a calm mind. Her small group classes, limited to four students, are held in a cosy loft studio overlooking the fields of Neston.
Jane also offers classes for older adults, including mat and chair options, to help build confidence, mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance.
