With qualifications including a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification with Yoga Alliance, as well as certifications in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, the teacher is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for students to explore their practise.

At Yogakindly, the focus is on the breath and mindful movement, with classes offered in Vinyasa Flow, Flow & Restore, and Hatha Yoga. The teacher emphasises the importance of listening to the body, modifying poses to suit individual needs, and cultivating self-love and acceptance. The studio also offers workshops and classes on topics such as immune and respiratory health, ensuring a holistic approach to wellbeing.
