Yoga Jude

Jude from Yoga Jude has created an incredible spot for Yoga, health consulting, and massage therapy right in the heart of Whangaparoa, surrounded by native bush and birdsong. Located on Bodhisattva Road, it's the perfect place to get in touch with yourself through Yoga. Classes fit all levels, running on Tuesdays (5:45pm - 7:15pm) and Saturdays (6:45am - 8:15am) with unforgettable views.

Besides their home studio, Jude also leads sessions in other spots – Albany Pool and Leisure Centre on Mondays (9:15am - 10:15am) and Saturdays (9am - 10am), and at Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre on Wednesdays (11:15am - 12:15pm) and Thursdays (9:15am and 5:45pm - 7:15pm online option too). Plus, Friday classes at Stanmore Bay (5:45pm - 6:45pm).

Prices are fair – $25 for a 1.5-hour studio/Zoom class or grab a 10-week pass for $180. Leisure Centre classes are just $16 for an hour. Gift vouchers available too!
