Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned yogi, Tiffany's got you covered. She makes sure everyone feels welcome and finds their own pace. With her, it's all about self-discovery and growth.
The studio has a laid-back and supportive vibe, perfect for those 'me-time' moments. You don't need to stress about gear either—props are there for you, and if you forget your mat, they've got spares.
Choose from led classes for some guidance or assisted self-practise to explore on your own with Tiffany's and your mates' support.
