Prior to becoming a yoga instructor, the individual had a successful career in executive recruitment. However, they realised that their pursuit of success was not aligned with their true values and desires. They made the courageous decision to step away from their old life and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. This process of dismantling their previous identity and building a new, authentic self has deeply influenced their teaching style and approach.
In their classes, the instructor emphasises self-awareness and self-care. They create a space for students to reconnect with their own bodies and minds, away from the constant stimuli and pressures of modern life. Through breath-focused movement, students are encouraged to release tension, find ease, and let go of heavy energy that no longer serves them.
