You'll find everything you need here—spacious, serene rooms with all the gear provided. From beginners to advanced yogis, everyone is welcome. They run yoga, meditation, and relaxation classes all year round, including cool retreats and special events.

Their timetable is packed, offering classes from Monday to Sunday, like Sunrise Yoga, Beginners Yoga, General Yoga, Lunchtime Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation Courses. And it’s all led by Swami Madhuram’s experienced and knowledgeable instructors.

You can drop in for a class, get a monthly pass, or book in advance. But remember, the studio tops out at 20 people, so get there early!
