Instructor Jim McIntyre, a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with years of experience, leads the classes at Yoga Hut. Yoga Hut offers a range of classes for active older adults, with a special focus on Yoga for Golfers. In-person classes are held on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, with online classes also available on the same days.
