The studio is owned by Sophie Rado, who is known for her nurturing and calming energy. The studio also has experienced teachers like Kate Hall, Aleasia, and Simmy, who bring their own expertise and unique approach to their classes. Aleasia's Barre classes are known to be challenging yet enjoyable, with her warm and inviting personality creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. Simmy's voice, direction, and encouragement during the practise make her classes enlightening and inspiring for participants.

The studio is located at Orewa House, 498 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Orewa, Auckland. It is easily accessible and conveniently situated on the Hibiscus Coast. The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 6:10 pm and 8:10 pm, Friday from 9:30 am, Saturday from 9:15 am to 10:15 am and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 5:15 pm.

Yoga House also offers private bookings and personalised one-on-one sessions for women's health, outside the group class schedule.
