Led by experienced yoga teacher, Narelle Andren, Yoga & Hair Life offers a variety of options for yoga enthusiasts. For those seeking a group class, there is a weekly “Intermediate Flow” class held every Wednesday at 5:30pm at Jetty Studio, 35 Orlando St, Coffs Harbour. Private classes can also be arranged for individuals or small groups, whether it be for special occasions or simply a gathering of friends. Narelle is even willing to take the yoga experience outdoors, meeting clients at the beach, their home, or holiday rental.

Whether recovering from an injury or looking to refine yoga skills, Narelle works closely with clients to create a tailored home practise that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to yoga, Yoga & Hair Life also offers bespoke hair design experiences and art lessons. Narelle takes pride in providing no-fuss, creative hair services that cater to individuals who want to have fun with their hair without the high maintenance. She specialises in bespoke haircuts, natural-looking colours, and foils, creating a spacious, sensory, and personal experience for each client.

Yoga & Hair Life is located in a shared creative space known as “The Water Closet Surf Shop” in the Toormina industrial area. Surrounded by surfboards, surfing paraphernalia, and a laid-back atmosphere, clients can enjoy fabulous barista coffee while immersing themselves in the dreamy and inspiring environment.
