The Hot Yoga Detox workshop will start with breathwork, followed by a dynamic Hot Yoga class in a heated environment. Participants will flow through various movements and gradually transition into longer-held poses, eventually transitioning into Yin Yoga for deep relaxation. The workshop will then culminate with a refreshing cold plunge and a detox shot, followed by a warming cup of chai tea. This unique experience will take place at Becky's house in Englefield Green.
