Sharon Neish, the director of Yoga Flow, brings with her over 26 years of experience in health, yoga, and wellness. As a natural-born educator, Sharon has dedicated her life to sharing the transformative power of yoga. She has also contributed her expertise to various publications and has been involved in charity work, including supporting causes like the Miss Australia Awards.
