Founded by Victoria, a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher, the studio aims to guide individuals on a transformative journey towards a strong body, clear mind, and a deeper connexion with their souls.
At Yoga Embrace Studio, there is a wide variety of classes suitable for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. From beginner classes for those new to yoga to mixed ability classes for advanced yogis, each class is designed to accommodate a maximum of nine people, ensuring a personalised and intimate experience for every participant.
For those who may feel unsure or anxious about joining a class, Yoga Embrace Studio offers one-to-one yoga sessions. These sessions provide a nurturing environment where individuals can explore yoga at their own pace. Victoria works closely with clients to understand their goals, set the desired pace, and prepare them for their yoga journey. Whether you want to enhance your practise or need guidance before joining a class, booking a block of one-to-one sessions can provide the support and confidence you need.
In addition to regular classes, Yoga Embrace Studio organises exciting workshops in collaboration with holistic, wellness, and fitness professionals. Victoria, the founder of Yoga Embrace Studio, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her teachings. Starting her wellness journey in 2007, she gained her fitness qualifications and discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2019. Trained by Senior Yoga Teacher Sara Jobling from Yoga Well-being (North East), Victoria began teaching yoga to absolute beginners and continued to expand her knowledge and skills by immersing herself in Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
Having personally experienced the healing effects of Yin Yoga and the benefits of physical adjustments, Victoria pursued further training in Ashtanga Yoga with Dan Burt at House of Ashtanga and Dionne Myers at Love2Yoga. These experiences have deepened her practise and broadened her understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures.
Yoga, in its true essence, is more than just the physical aspects. It is an ancient practise that helps still the mind and uncover the many layers of ourselves. Through her own yoga journey, Victoria has found self-acceptance and invites others to embrace their true selves through the practise of yoga.
