The studio offers a variety of classes to cater to different goals and preferences. Private individual classes are perfect for those dealing with long-term injuries or looking for a private space to explore functional movement. Her approach to yoga is adapted to the lives we lead today, acknowledging that we don't live at the foothills of the Himalayas in the 1800s.
