The 21-day 200-hour and the 28-day 300-hour courses equip participants with a deep, scientifically-rooted understanding of yoga asanas, meditation techniques, philosophy, and anatomy, nurturing everyone to discover a yoga teacher within themselves. Shorter courses, such as the 3-night "Initiation to Sattya Yoga," the 6-night "Manthan: Churn thy Self," and the 9-night "Maha Manthan" offer foundational and advanced practices to solidify one's yoga journey.
