Yoga Core with Victoria offers a warm and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. Led by Victoria, a fully qualified and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals, each class is designed to be enjoyable and empowering.
The classes at Yoga Core are focused on Hatha yoga, incorporating breathing techniques, yoga poses (asanas), guided relaxation, and meditation. Victoria's teachings combine ancient wisdom with self-acceptance, mindfulness, and the joy of movement.
