At Yoga Compass, I offer classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our classes focus on gentle yoga, providing a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their bodies, breath, and minds. We believe in the power of yoga to heal and transform, and aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and supported.
Our classes take place at the Uniting Church Hall, located at 304 Scott St in Buninyong. We offer classes on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm and Friday mornings at 6:30 am. Each class has a limit of 15 mats, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. If all spots are filled, you can join the waiting list, and we will notify you in case of any cancellations.
For pricing, we offer a casual class rate of $22. We also have package options available, including 5 classes for $105 and 10 classes for $200. Private classes are also available for $75. Payment can be made on the day by cash or card, or through the Kriya portal.
When attending our classes, we provide mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters for your comfort. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat, you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow for ease of movement. It's a good idea to bring a hand towel and a water bottle, as you may get warm during the practise.
While we usually practise without shoes, you may want to bring socks for the final relaxation pose, savasana.
