Our timetable is filled with a variety of classes to cater to different preferences and fitness levels. You can choose from classes such as Sweat, Flow, Vibe, Chill, and Restore. Our Sweat class is a strong yoga flow done in a heated room, perfect for detoxifying the body and challenging the mind. Flow classes focus on creative vinyasa sequences to improve energy levels, build strength, and promote balance and stability.
Vibe classes combine stretching with a lot of groove and heart, allowing you to let go of tension and stress. Chill classes are suitable for everyone and provide a mixture of flow and restoration, while our Restore class offers deep relaxation and long-hold stretching.
We offer various pricing options to suit your needs. You can decide to book a single session for $30 or take advantage of our New Client Intro Offer, which includes 5 classes valid for 21 days for $60. We also have a convenient app called 'My Mama Said' where you can view our schedule, plan and book your classes, and purchase class packs and memberships.
If you're already a member or have passes from our Seddon studio, you can use them at our Williamstown location as well. Our 'Mat Lovers' membership grants you access to all yoga and pilates mat classes at both studios. However, please note that access to Barre and Pilates reformers classes in Seddon requires separate memberships.
For pregnant clients, our Restore classes are suitable for prenatal yoga. We also offer prenatal fitness classes in Seddon, which are included in our Mat Lover Memberships. Specific prenatal yoga classes will be starting later in the year.
At Yoga by MMS, we provide mats for everyone free of charge, so you don't need to bring your own. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, we warmly welcome you to join our classes.
