You can join classes at our Bradford location, or take part online. A timetable is available for planning your sessions.

How do I book a class?

Choose a class and book it through our Book a Class page. If you want to practice online, you can join a live Zoom class or use pre recorded classes.

Yoga Bradford is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in the heart of Bradford. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, we have a class that suits your needs. Our aim is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and inspired to explore the wonderful practise of yoga.

We offer a variety of classes to cater to different levels and interests. Our Rise and Shine yoga and Slow Flow yoga classes are perfect for those looking for a gentle and mindful start to the day. These classes focus on gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, along with mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques to relax the body and calm the mind.

For those seeking a more dynamic and challenging practise, our Vinyasa Flow classes are the perfect fit. These classes combine physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Each class is individually sequenced, adapting to the needs of the class, with modifications offered to ensure everyone can practise safely and choose the best pose for them.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a 6-week beginners course for those new to yoga. This course provides a solid foundation for your yoga journey, focusing on the basics of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. It is designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to attend our regular classes with ease.
