

Mike from the Matakana Sports Community wanted to share some news about Yoga Body, a great spot in Matakana that's all about balance, flexibility, and wellness. Susie Lever runs the show there. She's been doing yoga for ages and really knows her stuff.
Yoga Body is based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar, and Susie, who’s certified in Iyengar yoga, brings this method to life. Her sessions focus on precision, alignment, and breath control.
