Yogabliss is a highly experienced and passionate yoga instructor based in London. With a strong background in Hatha and Yin yoga, Yogabliss offers a range of classes that cater to all levels and abilities.

Having been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2010, Yogabliss brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every class. From the very first yoga session, Yogabliss experienced the transformative power of yoga, which opened up her body in new ways, healed long-standing injuries, and provided a sense of stillness. This profound impact motivated her to pursue a career in teaching yoga to share the benefits with others.

Yogabliss's passion for yoga extends beyond the physical practise, emphasising the mindfulness and breathwork aspect that underlies the philosophy behind the practise. By incorporating mindful movement and breath, Yogabliss aims to guide students towards discovering their own inner transformations and the magic that is yoga.

In addition to Hatha and Yin classes, Yogabliss also offers online and one-to-one sessions for those seeking a more personalised experience. Regardless of background, experience, flexibility, body shape, or age, Yogabliss ensures that everyone feels welcome in her classes.

By attending a Yogabliss class, students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the ancient practise of yoga while being guided by a dedicated and experienced instructor. Advanced bookings are available for Hatha classes on Fridays from 10-11am at the ZenYoga studio, located at 24A Camberwell Grove in London. Drop-in options are available at a rate of 12 per session. For those interested in Yin yoga, Yogabliss offers online classes on Sundays from 10:30-11:30am at an affordable rate of 8 per session.

Yogabliss also organises retreats and workshops throughout the year, providing an opportunity for students to further deepen their practise in serene and rejuvenating environments. Some of these retreats include the Reflect & Reconnect Winter Solstice workshop, where participants can celebrate the longest night of the year in a seasonally inspired workshop, and The Darbar Festival, combining yoga classes with live Indian classical music to enhance the overall sensory experience.
