Conveniently located in Ipswich, Yogability is a one-of-a-kind Yoga studio and Wellness Centre catering to individuals of all ages and abilities. It is a place where everyone can find their own yoga practise and feel a sense of belonging.

At Yogability, they believe that yoga is not just for the stereotypical “yogis” or fitness enthusiasts. It is for everyone, including rugby players, pensioners, desk workers, teenage girls, lost lads, and overworked parents. Their aim is to create a movement for the masses, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all.

The founders of Yogability are disabled yoga teachers who received their training in authentic yoga practises at a traditional Ashram in Nepal, the birthplace of Buddha. The training was conducted by highly respected Nepali, Hindi, and Tibetan Gurus, ensuring the authenticity of their teachings.

The instructors at Yogability are RYT certified and have extensive knowledge and experience in various yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Meditation, Pranayama, and Yogic Philosophy. They are also trained in Crystal, Reiki, and Sound Healing, and have received training in Herbalism and Ayurvedic Medicine.

Yogability is proud to call Suffolk its home and aims to create a close-knit Yoga Family within the community. They regularly host workshops and retreats, allowing individuals to deepen their practise and explore different aspects of wellness.
