YogaBen @ Rise is a nomadic yoga instructor based in Frome, New Zealand. With a passion for yoga, meditation, relaxation, breath-work, and a deeper exploration of consciousness and true self, YogaBen offers personalised one-to-one teaching sessions via Zoom. These sessions are available for anyone interested in incorporating these practises into their lives.

Benjamin Parkes, the founder of YogaBen @ Rise, is a highly qualified Hatha yoga teacher. He completed a two-year training with the Traditional Yoga Association and obtained his certification in 2008.
