YogaBellies Renfrewshire West & Inverclyde, led by Lyndsey Porrelli, offers friendly and accessible yoga classes right in Bridge of Weir. After falling in love with YogaBellies during her own pregnancy in 2016, Lyndsey is now sharing her passion with others. Her classes became some of her favourite memories on maternity leave and inspired her to train as a YogaBellies teacher in 2018.
Lyndsey now runs nurturing classes for women at every stage of life. From Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby sessions to Hatha Flow Yoga, there's something for everyone. She's excited to be back teaching after the Covid break, offering a warm and supportive environment.
