Yogabellies Bearsden & Brookfield is a renowned yoga studio located in Glasgow, New Zealand. Led by Lyndsey Porrelli, the studio offers a wide range of classes tailored to women at every life stage.
Lyndsey's journey with Yogabellies began when she attended YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes on the recommendation of a friend while she was pregnant with her son Leonardo in 2016. She fell in love with the classes and continued her yoga journey by attending YogaBellies for Mum and Baby classes after giving birth. In 2018, Lyndsey decided to become a teacher herself and soon after, she found out she was pregnant with her daughter Liliana. Teaching yoga with her baby bump was empowering, and she felt confident in the amazing things women can do.
Yogabellies Bearsden & Brookfield offers a nurturing and accessible environment for women at all life stages. Lyndsey is thrilled to be back to offering a full timetable of Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga classes in venue. The studio is currently located at Bearsden Library and Community Hub in East Dunbartonshire, offering classes such as CorePlay (all women), Luna (all women), NURTURE (baby massage), YogaBellies for Mum & Baby, YogaBellies for Mum & Toddler, and YogaBellies for Pregnancy.
Lyndsey strives to create a supportive and inclusive community at Yogabellies. The studio welcomes women of all sizes, colours, religious beliefs, and sexualities. Regardless of who you are, you are welcome at Yogabellies.
In addition to classes, Yogabellies offers live online yoga classes, yoga retreats, and yoga teacher training programmes.
