Sophie offers both in-person and live-streamed classes tailored to help you build a deeper connection with yourself through breath, body, and mind awareness. Regular practice can bring you stability and ease, benefiting both your mind and body, and improving your performance on and off the field.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Small group classes mean you’ll get personal attention and support. Unsure where to start? Sophie’s team is ready to help you choose the right class. The timetable is updated regularly, and you can easily book classes, workshops, or private sessions via the links on the site.
For beginners or those recovering from an injury, Sophie recommends starting with a one-to-one session or a beginners’ course. She offers both in-person and comprehensive online courses that fit your schedule, with optional live-streamed one-to-one sessions for extra support.
Beyond regular classes, Sophie hosts events and workshops, including restorative yoga and yoga nidra sessions that are live-streamed monthly. She’s also part of The Urban Yogis UK Project, supporting young people and communities through yoga. Sophie's retreats and teacher development events are popular too, and there’s a fantastic retreat coming up in Puglia, Italy, this September.
