Our hidden studio, situated on the first floor of Heist House above Nashwhite, offers the perfect space for you to switch off from busy living. It is a space where you can move, breathe, and just be, allowing you to have fun, unwind, and embrace the unique energy of our setting.
At Yoga at The Heist, we offer a range of classes that are open to all levels, taught by an incredible group of coaches. Whether you are a beginner who is new or nervous about yoga, or a total expert, our classes cater to your needs. From strength-building classes to relaxation-focused sessions, our classes are designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in yourself.
Our yoga coaches are soulful guides on your mat, possessing an indescribable ability to create a sacred space where healing and transformation unfold. With their gentle demeanour and soothing voices, they effortlessly guide you on a journey inward, connecting your breath, mind, and body. They have a deep understanding of yoga's ancient wisdom and philosophy, which shines through as they gracefully demonstrate the asanas and encourage you to explore your own edge and release any self-imposed limitations.

Located secretly at 5-7 High Street in Warwick, you will find our space on the first floor of Nashwhite's beautiful Heist House. To find us, head into Nashwhite and go through to the back of the salon to the left-hand corner. Go up the stairs, and the studio is on your right-hand side, behind the gorgeous sliding door. We also have toilet and changing facilities available if you don't have a chance to get ready before you arrive.
With our class schedule, you can combine your yoga practise with other activities. Get your hair done at Nashwhite, enjoy delicious refreshments and treats before or after class, work from our space, or even book a treatment at Elixir for the full Heist House experience. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and fluffy blankets for the savasana, but you are also welcome to bring your own equipment.
