Welcome to Yoga and Pilates by Shen, located in Woking. Shen is excited to provide a space where everyone, regardless of background or experience, can dive into the transformative benefits of yoga and pilates.
Yoga, which means “union,” merges the mind, body, breath, and soul. With regular practice, yoga helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve overall health and mobility. Shen’s classes blend natural movements with breathwork, creating a powerful routine that combines traditional yoga with modern physiotherapy techniques.
Recognised by the medical community, yoga aids in rehabilitation, alleviates lower back pain, and lowers stress levels. It’s becoming popular among men too, thanks to the adaptable modifications ensuring everyone can practise at their own pace.
Shen also offers Pilates classes focused on boosting core strength, flexibility, and posture. Safety comes first, with each exercise carefully instructed for a secure and effective workout.
No experience or equipment needed! Mats are provided, and there are spares if needed. Students are encouraged to bring water to stay hydrated. Yoga classes include a meditation segment to help find inner stillness.
Beyond yoga and Pilates, Shen offers life coaching sessions to help you make positive changes, overcome challenges, and achieve personal goals.
