Swami Satvikananda's expertise lies in the Satyananda Yoga tradition, imparted by the prestigious Bihar School of Yoga. Holding multiple teaching diplomas, including those from Friends of Yoga (FRYOG) and the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), Swami Satvikananda ensures that her instruction is of the highest quality. She has also dedicated an additional two and a half years to training with the Yoga Biomedical Trust, earning a full therapy diploma to become a yoga therapist.
Aside from her teaching commitments, Swami Satvikananda takes great pride in her role as Trustee and Chair of Towards Nirvana, a charitable organisation that supports children's rights and provides educational opportunities in Alwar, India.
