💫 A little about myself: I am Emica, an internationally certified yoga teacher with over 7 years of yoga experience. I am a bubbly, energetic and supportive teacher. I’m experienced teaching all levels, from first-timers/beginners to advanced, and both group and private classes. (If you're interested, my instagram acc is @emicable)

💫 My goal: I am enthusiastic about helping and empowering students of various practice levels through yoga. I aim to help students towards becoming their best selves through yoga - feeling stronger, calmer and more energised after each lesson.

 💫 My style: My classes are energising, creative and strong (I include both the physical and psychological aspects into my yoga flow). I put strong focus on helping students to build strength and flexibility without compromising on body alignment and safety of the students’ practice. I teach all ages, and all yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Flow, Power Flow, Yin and Meditation.

💫 My language: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien/Fujian and Malay.
