Join Emmas Dale Wellness & Adventure Retreat for a weekend of yoga, wild swimming, and hiking in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The event, taking place from May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, will be held at the charming Hazel Brow House in the peaceful hamlet of Low Row, just 2 miles from Reeth and 10 miles from Richmond.
Hazel Brow House offers stunning panoramic views of Swaledale and provides a cosy lounge with an open fire, a relaxation snug room, and a large social dining area. Accommodation options include king-size and twin bedrooms, some with ensuite bathrooms. There are 5 twin share rooms available and 2 single occupancy rooms with a £75 supplement. The hamlet also boasts a country pub for guests to enjoy local ales.
Throughout the retreat, participants can enjoy yoga sessions with Mike and Nicolene, a guided wild swim session with the famous Dales Dipper, and an afternoon hike with local guide Matt. Additional activities include relaxing in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and stargazing on the terrace. Delicious two-course dinners and brunches, as well as refreshments and light snacks, are included in the itinerary.
For those interested, there is an optional Alpaca Walk with owner Cath on Sunday, followed by the opportunity to add on a 1-hour Horse Trek for an additional £20. Please keep in mind that itineraries and timings may be subject to change based on weather conditions.
The retreat costs £499 per person, with a £100 non-refundable deposit required for booking. Spaces for the May and September dates are limited to 12 participants each. Dietary requirements can be accommodated, with a gourmet vegetarian menu provided. If you have any allergies, please inform the retreat in advance.
