Join Hazel Faithfull at the Yoga Retreat Your Inner Warrior on Saturday, 8 June 2024 from 10am to 4pm for a day full of strength and grounding. Connect with your inner fire and explore your boundaries with focused warrior standing poses in Hatha yoga. Variations and pair work will deepen your practice and help you adapt poses to your needs.
The day will include breathwork, stillness, an Inner Warrior visualisation, and a fire ceremony for reflection. The retreat will be held at The Old School Hall in Cumnor Village, OX2 9PE. The cost is £125.00, with an early bird price of £95.00 available until 8 May 2024. Lunch and cake will be provided for all participants.
